Warrior Shepherds

And I will give you [spiritual] shepherds after My own heart [in the final time], who will feed you with knowledge and understanding and judgment. [Jeremiah 3:15]

WHAT IS A WARRIOR SHEPHERD?

In these last days, Father God is doing a new/old thing: He is looking to demonstrate who He is to the world through mature sons and daughters who are walking in the confidence + boldness of knowing their identity and purpose from a place of intimacy with Him.

This is more than revival - this is reformation. God is restoring the person + heart of the Father to the Church.

To that end, He is raising up an army of Jeremiah 3:15 end-time shepherds with an Ephesians 4:11-12 prophetic-apostolic calling to raise the saints in the strength of their individual faith, identity + purpose in Christ.

THE GREAT REFORMATION

In these last days, God IS doing a new/old thing - He is restoring all things. He is reforming all things back to His original intention + design.

In history, we have seen 2 major reformations: the Reformation of Grace under Martin Luther and the Reformation of Power in the 19th/20th century. Each reformation restored one person of the Trinity and their working to the Body of Christ. The first restored to us the person and work of Jesus Christ. The second, the person and work of the Holy Spirit.

While many believers have had a personal revelation of God the Father, the Body of Christ as a whole is not yet living in the fullness of His revelation.

Reformation IN the Body of Christ will result in large-scale revival in the world THROUGH the Body of Christ.

This requires a different kind of leader - an Ephesians 4:11-12 5-fold leader with a shepherd's heart after God's.

THE GREAT PERISHING

For even if you were to have ten thousand teachers [to guide you] in Christ, yet you would not have many fathers [who led you to Christ and assumed responsibility for you] [1. Corinthians 4:5]

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you [the priestly nation] have rejected knowledge [Hosea 4:6]

Jesus said that He had come to reveal the Father and to be the way back to the Father. Many of God's people - many Christians - are perishing (experiencing spiritual death; not experiencing the abundant life of Christ) because they are disconnected from God the Father due to a) a lack of spiritual fathering and b) a lack of spiritual parenting focused on revealing the Father.

THE MISSION

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. 6 And he shall turn and reconcile the hearts of the [estranged] fathers to the [ungodly] children, and the hearts of the [rebellious] children to [the piety of] their fathers [a reconciliation produced by repentance of the ungodly], lest I come and smite the land with a curse and a ban of utter destruction. [Malachi 4:6]

Warrior Shepherds are called to Ambassadors of Love and Carriers of Father's Heart. As members of Father's Heart Administration, our mission is the reconciliation of believers to their Heavenly Father in Christ, resulting in their functioning in purpose with strength and maturity so that the whole Body of Christ can reach oneness in Him. We are called to preach the Gospel to believers - to see them established + strengthened in the complete Finished Work of Christ. We feed believers with timeless, in-season + personal knowledge, understanding + judgement.

THE SPIRITUAL PARENT

As Warrior Shepherds, we carry and release the Father's heart for another person. We choose to see the person the Father sees. We celebrate and delight in them the way their Father does. We call out + encourage that person's God-given design. We love people the way that the Father loves them. Through us, Father gives them permission to BE who He created them to be. We invite them into the strength of their individual identity in Christ. By having been loved and affirmed by the Father, God is able to use us to replicate this in others.

THE COACH + TRAINER

Think personal trainer or sports coach - much of how God loves us as a Father is in fact through training. We grow in faith through training. Performing to the fullness of our God-given calling + potential requires training.

Just as physical training is beneficial to everyone, so is spiritual training. A Warrior Shepherd will take responsiblity for his / her flock by training them in Christ.

THE FAITH WARRIOR

Each one of us experiences moments or seasons in life when we are unable to stand on our own feet in faith. We may not be able to hold up under the pressures of life. We may not see or believe what God sees in us. We may not know what God has called us to.

A Faith Warrior, or Kingdom Champion, will fight and contend for the Father's will, plans + purposes for another person on their behalf. Our breakthroughs become their breakthroughs. Our victories become their victories.

This includes defending our flock from the attacks of the enemy, exposing His schemes and assassination attempts, addressing unbelief, correcting belief foundations and mindsets, and so much more!
